TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement.

By creating an Chatlio account on a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively the “Service”), you can (i) these Terms of Use, (ii) our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Arbitration Procedures (each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement). If applicable to you), our Safety Tips and Community Guidelines, and (iii) by purchasing any additional features, products or services we offer through the Service, you agree to be bound by all terms communicated to you and agreed to by you (collectively, this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to and do not agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

We may make changes to this Agreement and the Service from time to time. We may do this for a variety of reasons, including to reflect changes or requirements in the law, to introduce new features or changes in business practices. The most current version of this Agreement will be posted in the Service section under Settings and also on Chatlio.net, and you should regularly check for the latest version. The most current version is the current version. If the changes are material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to the changes (unless there is an obstacle under applicable law) by appropriate means, including notification through the Service or by e-mail. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement.

2. Eligibility.

You are not authorized to create an account or access or use the Service or the systems on which it is located, unless all of the following are true:

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must not be convicted of a felony or ex officio felony (or a felony of a similar degree), sex offense or any other violent crime and must not be registered as a sex offender in any state, federal or local sex crime registry.

3. Your Account.

You can use several input methods to use Chatlio. For more information about the information we collect from you and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information you use when registering with Chatlio. You are also solely responsible for all activities that occur under this identity information. If you believe someone has accessed your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Modifying the Service and Termination.

Chatlio always strives to improve the Service and provide you with additional features that you will find attractive and useful. This means that from time to time we may remove certain features as well as add new product features or improvements, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not notify you before taking them. We may even stop the Service entirely and in this case we will notify you ahead of time, except for circumstances that may prevent us from notifying you, such as for security concerns.

You may terminate your account at any time for any reason by following the instructions in the "Settings" within the Service.

5. Safety; Your Interactions with Other Members.

Although Chatlio strives to promote a respectful user experience with features such as double opt-in (mutual consent), which allows members to communicate if both indicate an interest in each other, it is not responsible for any user's behavior on or off the Service. You agree to be careful in all your communications with other members, especially when you decide to contact or meet face-to-face outside of the Service. You also agree to review and comply with Chatlio's Safety Tips prior to using the Service. You agree that you will not provide your financial information (for example, your credit or debit card information) to other users, or send money by bank transfer or otherwise.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Chatlio DOES NOT QUEST ITS MEMBERS FOR CRIMINAL RECORDS OR SEARCH THE HISTORY OF ITS MEMBERS. Chatlio MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OR COMPATIBILITY OF ITS MEMBERS.

6. Rights Chatlio Grants You.

Chatlio grants you an exclusive, worldwide, copyright-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of your use and enjoyment of the Service's benefits as intended by Chatlio and provided by this Agreement. This license and authorization to access the Service are automatically revoked if you do any of the following:

Use the Service or any content on the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Copy, modify, transmit, create derivative works from, use, or otherwise reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, image, trademark, trade name, service mark, or other intellectual property, content, or proprietary information accessible through the Service without Chatlio's prior written consent; or reproduce
To express or imply that any of your statements are endorsed by Chatlio.
Any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application to access, retrieve, index, "data mine", or otherwise mimic or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents, using a proxy or other manual or automated device, method or process.
Use the Service in a way that interferes with, disrupts, or adversely affects the servers or networks connected to the Service.
Installing viruses or other malicious software or compromising the security of the Service.
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service.
“frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service without the prior written consent of Chatlio.
Using meta tags, codes or other devices that contain any reference to Chatlio or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of Chatlio) to direct anyone to another website for any purpose.

Chatlio may investigate illegal or unauthorized uses of the Service and take appropriate legal action, including termination of your account.

any software we provide to you; can automatically download and install upgrades, updates or other new features. You can set these automatic downloads in your device's settings.

7. Community Guidelines .

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

Using the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
Using the Service for any harmful or malicious purpose
Using the Service to harm Chatlio
violating our Community Guidelines, which are updated from time to time.
sending unsolicited emails, asking members for money or defrauding members.
Impersonating any person or entity or posting images of another person without their consent.
targeting, bullying, "stalking", threatening, attacking, hurting or defaming any person.
post any Content that infringes or prejudices the rights of any person, including advertising, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contractual right.
post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
post any Content that incites violence or contains nudity, brutality or inappropriate violence.
Posting any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or any form of physical harm against any group or individual.
requesting passwords from other members for any purpose, or requesting identity information for commercial or illegal purposes, or disseminating another person's personal information without their consent.
using another member's account, sharing an account with another user, or having more than one account.
create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

If you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service in any way, including through your actions and communications on or off the Service, or acted in a way that Chatlio deems to be inappropriate or unlawful in any way, Chatlio will not investigate you and/or have an account. reserves the right to terminate your purchases without a refund.

8. Other Members' Content.

While Chatlio reserves the right to review and remove content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the member who posted it, and Chatlio cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with this Agreement. If you see Content on the Service that violates this Agreement, please report it within the Service or via our contact form.

9. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

If you believe your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email us.

When contacting us regarding an alleged copyright infringement, please be sure to provide us with the following information:

electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
a description of the location of the infringing material on the Service (this description should be reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate the allegedly infringing material);
your contact information, including address, phone number, and e-mail address, and the identity of the copyright holder;
a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the objectionable use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
Your sworn statement that the above information in the notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, taking into account the penalty for perjury.

Chatlio will terminate the accounts of repeated violators.

10. Disclaimer.

Chatlio PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS AND LIMITATIONS, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ALL CONTENT) MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. Chatlio RELEASES ANY INFORMATION OR RELEASE THAT YOU OBTAIN FROM (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, (B) ANY DEFECT OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (C) OBTAINED THROUGH OR THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Chatlio DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT POSTING, SENDING OR RECEIVED BY YOU, ANY OTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

11. Third Party Services .

The Service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other websites or resources. Chatlio is not responsible for the availability (or unavailability) of these external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with third parties made available through our Service, their relationship with you will be subject to that party's terms. Chatlio is not responsible for the terms or actions of such third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability .

Chatlio, affiliates, employees, licenses or service providers in the widest extent permitted by the laws in force, even if they are informed before the Chatlio, even if they have been informed before the Chatlio, direct or indirect loss or any data, use, loss of honor or other material WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCREASED DAMAGES TO YOUR SERVICE, ACCESS TO (I) OUR SERVICE, OR ADMINISTRATION. BEHAVIOR BY OTHER MEMBERS OR THIRD PARTIES THROUGH OR BY USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT THEY PRODUCED OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR CONTENT, UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR CONTENT. Chatlio'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR SERVICE-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE AND US$100, IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT, IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
